TO mark Mental Health Awareness Week, a special mediation session has been recorded for Bolton Library and BAND, a Bolton based mental health service.
It has been recorded by Nireexa from Solasana Yoga for the annual week, which started on Sunday.
The special session is available on Bolton Library and Museum Services Facebook Page.
The library posted: " Our lives now can be very busy, especially at the present time.
"Our heads are usually full —stuck in the past or future, thinking about what we need to do, or going over what we have done.
"Meditation is about choosing and learning to control our focus of attention which can help improve our mental wellbeing."
Nireexa qualified as a yoga instructor with the intention of improving the mental well-being of others and has been practising for over 30 years.
She has taught yoga, meditation and mindfulness in communities and at workshops and events.
