OFFICERS investigating an assault on a schoolgirl in Washington have released an image of a man they would like to trace.
At about 2.45pm on February 27, Northumbria Police received a report of man acting suspiciously outside the Co-op store on Victoria Place, Concord.
It was reported that the man approached two girls and started to engage in conversation, before he pulled the hair of one of the girls.

The girl was uninjured but shaken by the incident.
