AT 8pm each Thursday evening, Dave King steps out of his front door in Catterick Village dressed in his white regalia complete with Union Jack, top hat, bells, chamber pot and carrying his Post Horn.
From the roadside he plays the Post Horn Gallop to rally the neighbours to come out into the street for the clap for carers event to show appreciation to all the NHS staff for hard work and dedication in treating individuals who are suffering from coronavirus.
Mr King, a former Trumpet Major in the Royal Tank Regiment, will carry on rallying the neighbours until this crisis is over.
