FOUR special facilities are being opened in Tees Valley and North Yorkshire to provide childcare provision for designated key workers during the covid-19 crisis.
The hubs, which are located close to key medical sites including James Cook Hospital, North Tees Hospital, Northallerton Hospital and the primary care facilities in Redcar, will be open 24 hours seven days-a-week to cater for the shifts patterns of workers including doctors, nurses, paramedics, police and fire officers, care workers and the wider range of people classified as key workers.
They will offer funded and non-funded places for children from 0 to 11 years of age and are fully insured and Ofsted registered with caring and professional qualified staff.
The special childcare facilities are operated by Rosedene Nurseries and are based at: St Thomas More School, Erith Grove, Easterside, Hardwick Community Centre, Whessoe Road, Mount View, Standard Way, Children’s Centre, Marske Mill Lane, Saltburn.
