A THAI restaurant, corner shop and Post Office are among the businesses in and round the Redcar and Cleveland area that have been told to improve on their food safety and hygiene practices.
Out of more than 1,000 businesses inspected by Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council food safety inspectors, sixteen have been indentified as requiring some form of improvement.
Across the UK, food outlets including convenience stores, restaurants, pubs, takeaways, hospitals and care homes are ranked by hygiene and safety, structural compliance and confidence in management.
