Road closed after serious crash in Sedgefield
A ROAD was closed following a serious incident on the A689 at Sedgefield last night.
The road was closed from the racecourse roundabout to the Spring Lane junction near to the services and motorists were asked to avoid the area and find an alternative route while emergency services were at the scene.
It reopened at about 8pm.
