MARSHALL Drive parkrun in Brotton is one of the smallest events in the region, with 38 taking part on Saturday.
The weekly, free 5k event takes place each Saturday at 9am.
First home this weekend was Craig Ormerod, who finished in 20:12 – just two seconds short of his personal best.
Joe Blackett of North Yorks Moors AC was second, in 20:59.
First female home on the day was Lucie Cardwell, the Loftus AC runner on just her second parkrun, in 22:45
Four PBs were set on Saturday, three people did their first parkrun, with nine visiting Brotton’s event for the first time.
