A YOUNG Wigton woman faces a Carlisle Crown Court trial over allegations that she made illegal use of Cumbria Police's computer system while she was working for the force.
Genna Fowler, 25, from Spittal Farm, Wigton, is alleged to have accessed information without the consent of her controller on two occasions in May of last year and to have knowingly disclosed personal information to a third party between May 3 last year and June 19.
She denies all three allegations.
At the crown court today, Judge Nicholas Barker said that her trial will take place in the week of May 26.
He granted her bail until that time.
