AN appeal to find the five occupants of a car has been launched after colliding with a house on Teesside.
At around 5pm on Thursday (February 20), a grey Ford Focus crashed into a house on Wharton Terrace in Hartlepool.
Police investigating said five occupants made off from the scene before the emergency services were able to attend the scene.
One man, who was in the car at the time, has been described as around 18-20 years old and wearing a body warmer.
A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: "Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident and hasn’t spoken to police yet, has private CCTV or has any information, to contact Cleveland Police on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 028484."
