NUMEROUS reports of anti-social behaviour in Stockton town centre have led to police implementing a temporary dispersal order.

The order was put in place from 4pm on Wednesday evening until 4pm on Friday, February 21.

It covers the following areas: Riverside Road, Maritime Road, Wilson Street, Victoria Street, Prince Regent Street and Bridge Street.

This also incorporates Bright Street, Russell Street and Dovecot Street.

A spokesman for Cleveland Police said: "Anyone involved in, or believed is likely to become involved in any antisocial behaviour, can be directed to leave this area immediately by an Officer, PCSO or Special Constabulary.

"If you see officers patrolling the area, please feel free to approach them for a chat if you have any concerns or issues to raise." Anybody with any information regarding anti-social behaviour should report it to 101.
