A MAN has been hurt in a collision with a lorry in Darlington.
Durham Police said: "We were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian in Albert Road, Darlington, just after 1pm.
"A 49-year-old man has been injured during the incident which involved a Volvo lorry.
"The driver is believed to be unhurt."
The road was closed as emergency services assisted the injured man but has now reopened.
