A man, known as the "10p beggar" has been charged by police.
POLICE have charged a "prolific and aggressive" man who is known as the "10p beggar".
The man, who lives in Shipley, has been charged with two breaches of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) this week.
Police are appealing for anyone who sees him, or any other person, begging or acting aggressively in the future, to contact them.
