Six vehicle crash closes part of A19 in east Durham
EMERGENCY services are on the scene of a six-vehicle crash on the A19 in County Durham.
The incident is ongoing on the southbound carriageway between Easington services and Easington.
The southbound carriageway is partially blocked.

Reports coming in of a multi vehicle accident blocking the soutbound carriageway. Emergency services en route into the area but congestion starting to build up in both directions
Police say lane two is currently blocked.
The northbound carriageway is unaffected, though traffic is moving very slowly.
