AN investigation has been launched after a man was stabbed at an address on Teesside on Christmas Day.
At around 9.05pm on December 25, a 35-year-old man was reportedly stabbed on Dinsdale Road in Hardwick, Stockton.
The man was then taken to the James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough for treatment, it is believed he currently remains in a 'stable' condition.
Police investigating said enquiries were ongoing and no arrests had been made 'at this stage', while launching an appeal for information.
A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: "Anyone with information is asked to contact Temporary Detective Chief Inspector Jon Tapper from Stockton CID on the non-emergency number 101, quoting event number 218064.
