POLICE are appealing for any information on the owners of stolen jewellery they retrieved from a vehicle on the A66 at 2.40pm yesterday.
The items of jewellery are a pair of silver heart-detailed hoop earrings and a silver-hearted bracelet both of which were found in a Pandora bag.
A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary and remains in custody whilst enquiries are ongoing.
Anyone with infromation regarding the items is asked to contact Stockton CID on the non-emergency number 101, quoting the event number 213683.
