A 14-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of David Cameron has been released on conditional bail.
Officers were called following an altercation in the residential street of Southernwood, Consett, just before 5.33pm on Thursday in which the 47-year-old suffered a serious injury.

Doctors and paramedics also attended but Mr Cameron, from Consett, was pronounced dead a short time later at the scene.
In the quiet residential street, floral tributes and sympathy cards were left at the scene of the tragedy.
Durham Constabulary appeal to anyone who has any information that could help the investigation and has not already spoken to police to call them on 101.
