A 'SUBSTANTIAL' amount of jewellery and money was stolen from an address on Teesside at the weekend.
On Sunday (December 1), police received reports that a substantial amount of jewellery including two rings and money had been stolen in Ingleby Barwick, near Stockton.
The alleged incident, which is believed to have happened some point between 8.20pm and 8.40pm, happened at an address on Regency Park.
Police investigating said they had now launched an appeal for information describing a dark-coloured vehicle that may have been in the area the time of the burglary.
Police have since released an image of a ring similar to the one that has been stolen.
A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said those who may have information which could assist with their investigation were urged to contact Detective Constable Julie Spring on the non-emergency number 101 and asked to quote incident reference number 205295.
