THREE men have been released without charge following an incident on Linthorpe Road which left a man with serious neck and facial injuries.
The altercation, involving a group of men, took place near the TS:One bar on Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, at around 1am on Sunday December 1, Cleveland Police said.
A further arrest of a 17-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault and has since been released under investigation.
The 24-year-old man who suffered injuries has now been released from hospital.
A spokesperson from Cleveland Police said: "Officers are continuing to carry out enquiries and anyone with information is asked to contact Middlesbrough CID on the non-emergency number 101, quoting event number 204899."
