A 72-YEAR-OLD man suffered minor injuries after he was pushed to the floor in a robbery.
Cleveland Police are appealing for information following the incident, which happened on St Aidan's Street in Middlesbrough.
On Wednesday, November 13, at around 9.30pm, the 72-year-old was pushed to the floor by an unknown man, who took a quantity of cash from his pockets.
As a result of the incident the 72-year-old victim suffered minor injuries to his head and knee.
The suspect was described as wearing a dark coloured jacket and had a local accent.
A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: "Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information regarding the man responsible to contact PC David Page on the non-emergency number 101, quoting the event number 195397.
