TWO cannabis farms were raided by police on Teesside who charged two men in connection with the production of Class B drugs.
At around 9.03am yesterday morning, 165 suspected cannabis plants were seized in Carlow Street, Middlesbrough.
The plants are estimated to have a street value of more than £130k.
A 23-year-old man was arrested in connection with Carlow Street and charged with producing a controlled drug of Class B.
Later the same morning, a suspected cannabis farm was located in Grange Road, Thornaby and 226 suspected cannabis plants were seized.
This quantity of plants has an estimated street value of around £189,000.
A 24-year-old man was charged in connection with Grange Road, with producing a controlled drug of Class B.
