A MOTORCYCLIST was left with a fractured leg following a crash with a car in Stanley.
Police officers are appealing for any witnesses to come forward following a collision that involved a Fiat Doblo and a Honda motorbike, at about 5.40pm in the town's Newburn Road.
The two vehicles collided at the junction of Pelaw Avenue.
The 22-year-old motorcyclist was taken to the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle for treatment.
The 66-year-old driver of the Fiat was not injured.
Anyone who saw the incident or has dash cam footage should contact Durham Police on 101 quoting incident reference number 336 of November 5.
