Officers have received four reports in the Newton Aycliffe area
A MAN is being sought by police in connection with threatening dog walkers.
Officers have received four reports whereby it is believed that the man warned members of the public to keep their pets away from his dog.
He then produced a yellow handled knife before cycling off with his dog.
All of the incidents took place in the Burn area of Newton Aycliffe between September 12 and October 4.
Witnesses or anyone with any information should call Durham Constabulary on 101.
