Police are searching for Jacob Higgins
POLICE have launched an urgent appeal to locate a 'vulnerable' 16-year-old boy, last seen on Tuesday night.
Jacob Higgins, who is from Cleveland, was last seen in Sunderland at around 8.20pm on October 8.
Jacob, who is described as a white male and around 6ft tall with short ginger hair, was last seen wearing a navy hooded top, black jogging bottoms and black trainers with white detail.
Police said anyone with information is urged to contact Cleveland Police on the non-emergency number 101.
