EMERGENCY services were at the scene of an incident in Darlington town centre.
The area around Beaumont Street, near Inside Out night club and Feetham's Multi-storey Car Park, was closed by police this morning while fire and ambulance services were also in attendance.
A spokeswoman for Durham Constabulary said: “We are currently in attendance at Feethams Multi-storey Car Park, in Darlington, following concerns for the welfare of a man.”
Police have confirmed the road has now reopened and the incident was resolved at around 11.45am.
