A 17-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested after police discovered thousands of pounds worth of drugs and cash.
At around 4.30pm on Friday, August 16, police stopped a silver Peugeot 308 on Linthorpe Road in Middlesbrough.
When officers searched the car, they found suspected cocaine and cannabis and thousands of pounds worth of cash.
The man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, possession with intent to supply class B drugs and possession of criminal property.
He has since been released under investigation.
