A QUAD bike stolen from a farm off Pelton Fell Road, in Chester-le-Street, has been found following a witness appeal.
A Durham police spokesperson said: "Thank you to everyone who shared yesterday's post regarding a stolen quad bike. As a result, we received a number of calls from members of the public offering information. Good news – the quad bike was recovered by response officers last night on North Burns, Chester-le-street. It has been recovered and is awaiting a CSI examination to try and identify the culprits."
