FIREFIGHTERS were called to tackle a large fire which broke out at an industrial unit.
Crews from across North Yorkshire were called to attend the blaze at a site on Scorton Road, Brompton-on-Swale, which is understood to be the Yorwaste depot.

No one was injured in the fire which took crews hours to scale back.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said the fire was reported at 7.13pm last night, Tuesday August 13, and involved around 200 tonnes of waste which was on fire.
Fire crews from Richmond, Colburn, Leyburn, Northallerton, Bedale and Boroughbridge were involved in tackling the blaze.
Crews will be revisiting the site today.
