A MAN has been charged with voyeurism and breaching his sexual prevention order following an incident at a public swimming pool.
John Salem Dainty, 41, appeared at Teesside Magistrates' Court on Monday morning, August 12, after an incident at the Splash leisure centre in Stockton the previous Saturday, August 10.
Mr Dainty, of Stanhope Road North in Darlington, has been charged with voyeurism along with nine breaches of a sexual prevention order, four breaches of notification requirements and one charge of assault with intent to resist arrest.
Magistrates sent his case to be heard at Teesside Crown Court with a date of Monday, September 9 set for the next hearing.
Mr Dainty has been remanded in police custody until his scheduled appearance at the crown court.
