POLICE would like to speak to this man in connection with the theft of a bicycle in Durham.
A Durham Police spokesperson said the incident happened at The Student Village, Ainsley Street, Durham, on Tuesday, June 18.
The suspect is described as in his 40’s with grey short hair. He was believed to be wearing a blue check shirt with white trousers and a black backpack.
