POLICE are keen to speak to this man in connection with suspected cruelty to wildlife.
The suspect is believed to have fired a catapult at birds before catching one of the fallen birds and killing it.
The incident, which happened in the grounds of Cockton Hill Junior School, in Bishop Auckland, is believed to have taken place shortly before 6pm on Monday, June 24.
School pupils were not on scene at the time.
Anyone with any information is asked to call Durham Constabulary on 101, quoting incident number 317 of June 24.
