A WOMAN was stabbed in Stokesley after a fight spilled out into the street.
Police are appealing for information after the woman suffered a stab wound following an incident in the town's Allen Grove at around 5.30pm on Sunday, 2 June.
The woman, in her 20s, needed hospital treatment after the attack.
Investigators believe the altercation may have spilled onto the street.
A youth is also believed to have shouted threats of further violence towards the victim as she left the address; the youth also made threats to damage the woman’s car.
The victim was treated for a stab wound to her shoulder. She also suffered superficial injuries to her head during the attack.
Northallerton CID is investigating the incident.
A woman in her 50s and a 15-year-old girl have been arrested and released on bail while enquiries continue.
