FANS of the Spice Girls are spicing up their lives at the group's Stadium of Light concert tonight.
The Spice Girls are bringing their Spice World 2019 tour to Sunderland to wow 50,000 fans at the venue.
The tour – their first since 2007 – started in Dublin on May 24 and the 13-show run will end at Wembley Stadium next weekend.
And the region’s fans – many dressed as the four-piece Baby, Ginger, Sporty and Scary – certainly gave them a friendly Northern welcome.
Many spent the afternoon in the city centre soaking up the atmosphere in a fan zone before making their way to the gig.
