MISSING: Joseph Burns, 74
CONCERNS have been raised for a missing 74-year-old.
Joseph Burns, who was last seen at 10am on Monday, is described as 6ft tall, with a full head of white hair and a 'Captain Birdseye' beard. He was wearing brown quilted barbour jacket, cream trousers, brown walking boots.
Mr Burns is believed to be in the Catterick Garrison area.
