WITH little more than one month to wait before one of the biggest music festivals hits the North-East, a total of 34 UK and international artists are preparing to perform in our region.

The BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend will be played out in Middlesbrough’s Stewart Park on Saturday, May 25, and Sunday, May 26, with more than 64,000 people expected to be entertained over the two days.
