POLICE APPEAL: Officers are searching for a man with a dog
A MAN is being sought by police after a little girl was injured following an incident with a dog.
The black Alsatian-type dog nipped the child outside Tesco in Newton Aycliffe at about 7pm on Wednesday, April 10.
Police are appealing to trace the male owner believed to be in his 40s.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact PC 1168 Simon Schofield at Newton Aycliffe Police Station reference CRI00190395.
