A CYCLIST has died from injuries sustained in a crash with a parked car.
On Sunday, April 7, police were called to a report of an incident on Holgate Road in York.
The 51-year-old man, who is yet to be named by police, was taken to Leeds General Infirmary in a critical condition shortly after reportedly colliding with the car.
On Monday afternoon, police confirmed the man had died, and that his next of kin had been informed.
A spokeswoman for North Yorkshire Police said: "North Yorkshire Police want to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision, or saw the cyclist involved.
"He was riding a yellow cycle, and wearing a grey sports top, blue cargo trousers and a khaki baseball cap."
