Langdale Crescent
ARMED police were called out yesterday, Thursday, after reports that a couple made threats with a firearm.
Cleveland Police said they were called out to Langdale Crescent, Grangetown, Middlesbrough, to reports of a man and woman in possession of the gun at about 2.20pm.
No shots were fired and no-one was injured in the incident.
A 35-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
Both currently remain in custody.
