A MAN has been arrested following a spate of shed burglaries in Northallerton.
North Yorkshire Police said the burglaries occurred sometime during the night of Saturday, March 16 or the early hours of Sunday, March 17 on Cotcliffe Avenue and Prospect View.
Police have now confirmed a man has been arrested and charged with offences relating to the alleged burglaries, and he will appear in court in the near future.
Some of the stolen property has also been recovered, according to police.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Following extensive enquiries and assistance from the public a male has been arrested and charged with offences relating to the incidents with some property recovered.
"The individual will be in court in the near future."
