THE owners of the town's latest vaping business are offering customers an incentive to give up smoking.
Cloud Collaborative, based on King Street, Darlington, is offering to replace cigarettes and lighters with a new e-cigarette for a limited time only.
The Vape Lounge, which is based on the first floor of the building, opened its doors at the end of last week.
Manager Mark Gowland said people will also be able to take advantage of vintage games, a pool table and bar football when they pop in to buy their e-cigarettes and refills.
He said: "We are a business but we also want to be part of the town's community which is why we are offering more than just vaping. We have a limited number of free e-cigarettes to give to people who hand over their cigarettes or tobacco."
Deputy manager Dan McCormick added: "We will also be hosting a number of vaping events where people can come along and share in the fun."
As well as the vape shop they are expecting other small businesses to come on board including a barbers, sports bar and tattooist.
