POP star and X Factor judge Robbie Williams has tweeted a tribute message in memory of 22-year-old Luke Jobson.

The message comes after a crowd sang the singer-songwriter's song, Angels, in Luke's memory at a vigil on Tuesday night.

This evening, Williams tweeted: "Luke Jobson Rest in peace brother x".

The message quickly received more than 2,000 retweets and 7,000 likes.

Luke disappeared on a night out in Yarm, in the early hours of Saturday.

His body was recovered from the River Tees in Yarm on Monday by police.

Six people were arrested by Cleveland Police on suspicion of manslaughter. All have since been released under investigation.
