A BUSY Durham city centre road closed during rush-hour on Thursday morning following a police incident has now reopened.
Durham Police said: "Officers were called to North Road, Durham at around 7.13am this morning following concerns for the welfare of a man.
"The man has since been located safe and well and the road has now reopened. Thank you for your patience."
