CONCERNS are growing for a missing 46-year-old man who has not been seen in the North-East since mid-September.
Michael Flanagan was reported missing by his concerned family last week and Cleveland Police understand he was last seen in the Middlesbrough area more than a month ago.
A spokeswoman for the force said: "He is believed to have links to the Stockton area and police believe he may have travelled to London.
"Michael is described as being around 5ft 9ins tall and of medium build.
"He uses a wheelchair to get around due to having his right leg amputated."
It is understood Mr Flanagan is also known as Michael Mandeville.
Mr Flanagan is from the Middlesbrough area.
Anyone who may have seen Mr Flanagan or has information on his recent whereabouts is asked to contact Cleveland Police via non-emergency number 101, quoting event number 196133.
