POLICE are appealing for information to find missing 54-year-old Ralph Hawkes from Stockton.
Mr Hawkes was last seen in the town at around 4.45pm on Thursday, October 4.
He has links to Thornaby and was last seen wearing a black short jacket, grey jeans, and trainers and has a distinctive tribal tattoo on his face.
Officers have concerns for his welfare and would like to speak to anyone who may have seen Ralph or who may know where he is.
