NEW FACILITY: Durham fire brigade has a new £5.5m training centre
POLICE are treating a fire in which around 500 hay bales were set alight at Little Chilton Farm, near Ferryhill, as arson.
The fire is believed to have started between 5pm and 6pm on Sunday.
Anyone with any information on the incident should contact Durham Police on 101, quoting incident number 380 of September 30.
