POLICE are appealing to anyone who saw a group of boys throwing lumps of concrete in a town centre.

The incident happened in Willington on Saturday, September 22.

The group caused extensive damage to a drain cover by throwing items including pieces of a concrete slab on the grassed area opposite Greater Willington Town Council Offices, on High Street, between 5.15pm and 5.25pm.

The group are described as teenagers. The first suspect was seen to be wearing a black top with white writing, second suspect was wearing grey shorts and a red checked shirt and two further suspects were dressed all in black.
