BURGLED: Burglars targeted the Old Stone Vets in Stanhope Picture: GOOGLE
BURGLARS have targeted a vets in Weardale.
The thieves smashed a window to gain entry to the Old Stone Vets, at The Durham Dales Centre, in Stanhope, overnight between Saturday and Sunday, September 29 and 30.
Items were stolen which meant that the vet could not attend calls on Sunday morning.
Police are now investigating.
