TICKETS are still on sale for a play embracing the charms of typical Northern pub.
Jim Cartwright’s critically acclaimed play TWO opens at the Gala Theatre in Durham next Tuesday (2 October) and is on until Saturday, October 6.
Directed by Tom Wright, the play has been produced at the Gala Theatre and stars well-known North-East actors Christopher Price and Jess Johnson.
Robin Byers, manager of the Gala Theatre, said: “We are so excited to bring TWO to County Durham next week. I would urge people to secure their tickets now to avoid disappointment.
“One of the reasons we chose TWO was because we felt it would strike a chord with local people. Most of us have encountered pubs and characters like those it portrays, and I’m sure the memories this evokes will add a personal dimension to the performance.”
Tickets cost £15, and £13 for concessions. To book, call 03000 266 600 or visit www.galatheatre.co.uk.
