LEYTON ORIENT leapfrogged Harrogate Town at the top of the National League table as they claimed a convincing 3-0 win at Wetherby Road.
Both sides went into the game with an unbeaten record this season, but Harrogate fell behind midway through the first half as Charlie Lee played in Macauley Bonne to beat Town goalkeeper James Belshaw with a neat finish.
The visitors doubled their lead before the break, with former West Ham and Crystal Palace midfielder Jobi McAnuff slotting home after Belshaw had saved from Josh Koroma.
Liam Kitching saw a header cleared off the line as Harrogate attempted to haul themselves back into the game, but Orient made the game safe midway through the second half as McAnuff claimed his second goal following a neat cut-back from Koroma.
Harrogate: Belshaw, Howe, Kerry, Kitching, Burrell, Langmead, Thomson, Falkingham, Muldoon, Beck (Williams 71), Knowles.
