THE hard work paid off for many happy SRC Bede Sixth Form students who picked up their A-Level and vocational qualifications recently and will soon be heading for their first choice universities.
The college’s newly-appointed campus principal, Ben Robinson, said: “It was fantastic to see so many happy faces as we celebrated those achieving their goals and moving another step towards their career aspirations.
“We are proud to see so many of our students now progressing to fantastic universities across the UK, including several in the Russell Group.”
Subjects including English literature, art and design, further mathematics, history and law were among the A-Level courses to achieve 100 per cent pass rates at the Sixth Form college in Billingham.
Students and staff were also celebrating achievements in vocational and A-Level equivalent subjects. With a host of new vocational courses now being added to SRC Bede’s offer, Ben said: “We are excited to be able to bring further opportunities and scope for students in Billingham and the surrounding areas.”
