DETECTIVES are hunting four men who robbed a man in a city park.
The incident happened at around 9pm on Tuesday when a 32-year-old Asian male was walking along the side of Nuns Moor Park, in Newcastle.
He was approached by four men, dragged into the park and threatened to hand over his belongings but the men made off with nothing but a phone cover. The victim was treated for minor injuries.
Police investigating are now appealing for witnesses.
Two of the attackers were described as black, over 6ft tall and slim and both wore black hoodies. The others were white and under 6ft tall.
